Born in the village of Baragdiya, Barpeta, Assam, Jalal Uddin developed a passion for social service from a young age.He completed his, LL.B,and Mass Communication from Gauhati University, Assam, and LNMU, Bihar. Since then, he has been actively involved in various community development initiatives.
